Stress Management

We all react differently to stress and, of course, we all need a little stress in our lives to keep us alive.  However, too much stress is not good for our physical mental or emotional health.

Using various techniques, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and/or ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and/or Hypnosis, or by just talking, Ruthie’s aim is to empower her clients and learn where their stress is coming from and what to do with it.  Working together, our goal is to turn stress into a friend rather than an enemy!
